When they arrived, the resident allegedly told police that he found Austin with his 15-year-old child.

Owen Grubb, a track and field athlete at Minerva High School in Ohio, died over the weekend when a tree fell on top of him.
According to FOX affiliateWJW, a group of runners went into a wooded area and attempted to knock over a dead tree following the OHSAA Eastern District cross-country track meet on Saturday.
The tree landed on Grubb, who tried to run away before impact, the outlet said, citing a report from the Cambridge Police Department.

An Ohio man is accused of killing his mother and critically injuring his father during an argument, authorities said.
Kenneth Mortimer, 40, was arrested and charged with murder, attempted murder and felonious assault in connection with the alleged attack on his parents, according to a statement from the Green Township Police Department in Ohio.

Michigan State forward Jagger Joshua says he was the target of a racial slur during a hockey game against Ohio State earlier this month.
In a tweet on Monday, Joshua issued a lengthystatementthat claimed one of Ohio State’s players directed a racial slur at him “multiple times” during their game on Nov. 11.
Joshua explained that the player who allegedly said the racial slur was given a game misconduct penalty during the game, and that the Big Ten launched an investigation into the incident.

Ohio State football player Avery Henry has been diagnosed with bone cancer.
The freshman offensive linemanconfirmed the newson Twitter Monday night.
“This isn’t the way I wanted to release this, but I know no other way,” Henry posted. “A couple days ago I was diagnosed with osteosarcoma, a form of bone cancer. I will fight this! I have never been a statistic and I never will! I want to thank my brothers and coaches for the endless support!
