The reality star and former radio personality, 43, is launching a new podcast titled “Keep It Classy Convos” on Friday night. On the series, Shaw-Carter will interview her industry pals about motherhood, their businesses and the latest gossip. “I created ‘Keep It Classy Convos’ to showcase the power of positive, insightful and fun conversations with successful women,” she tells PEOPLE.
