Photo: GettyOnly female sea turtles have hatched on Florida’s coasts over the past four years, according to animal experts.Bette Zirkelbach, manager of the Turtle Hospital in Marathon, Florida, says higher temperatures are to blame for the concerning trend.“Scientists that are studying sea turtle hatchlings and eggs have found no boy sea turtles, so only female sea turtles for the past four years,” Zirkelbachtold Reuters.The discovery is not limited to Florida. Zirkelbach told the news organization that researchers in Australia have also documented similar findings, with an estimated 99% of the country’s turtles born female over the past few years.

This comes afterhe lost the $100 million default judgmentin Derrick Lee Cardello-Smith’s lawsuit against him due to his failure to attend a virtual hearing on Monday, Sept. 9. Judge Anna Marie Anzalone awarded Cardello-Smith the multi-million dollar judgment in Lenawee County Circuit Court.
In his request for Judge Anzalone to vacate the default judgment, Combs' attorneys said that Cardello-Smith is a “convicted felon who is serving time in prison for kidnapping and sexual assault.

Sean “Diddy” Combsappeared in a New York City court on Tuesday, Sept. 17, as he faces federal sex crimes charges.
The 54-year-old music mogul was charged with sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy and transportation to engage in prostitution, according to a federal indictment.
Combs' attorney Marc Agnifilo told reporters outside the courthouse on Tuesday that the star would fight the charges “with all his energy.

A Michigan inmate who claims thatSean “Diddy” Combsdrugged and sexually assaulted him at a party nearly 30 years ago has won a $100 million default judgment against the hip-hop mogul.
“This man is a convicted felon and sexual predator, who has been sentenced on 14 counts of sexual assault and kidnapping over the last 26 years,” Marc Agnifilo, Combs’ attorney, tells PEOPLE in a statement.

Sean Diddy Combs' attorneys have filed an appeal for him to be released from jail before his trial.
Combs “was not released pending trial, even though he offered to comply with restrictive conditions that would have prevented any conceivable risk of flight or danger,” the filing reads in part.
In the filing, Shapiro says the court “rejected a plainly sufficient bail package” for Combs and “violated its obligations under the Bail Reform Act.
