The Chicago Police Department toldABC7 Chicago,NBC ChicagoandWGN9that around 9:45 p.m. a Chevy SUV ran a red light and hit a Ford SUV in an intersection on the 6300 block of South Cottage Grove, located on Chicago’s east side. In the Ford SUV were two parents, who had been en route to the hospital in order to seek care for their 6-month-old daughter, who had been having breathing problems, according to the outlets.
