Elisabeth Finch, a former writer and consulting producer onGrey’s Anatomy, is admitting that she “lied” about her medical and personal history nine months after she resigned from the ABC drama.
Finch, 44, said “the biggest mistake of my life” was lying while working on the acclaimed medical drama.
“What I did was wrong,” she toldThe Anklerin an interview published Wednesday. “Not okay. F—ed up. All the words.”
Finch admitted that she “never had any form of cancer” after claiming that she had a rare form of bone cancer called chondrosarcoma, and subsequently lost a kidney and a portion of her leg.

She’d plotted her escape thoughtfully, acting both in her own interest and in the interests of her family. She oiled their door hinges the previous night to silence her escape. It was an anxious dash that Hershberger knew would shatter the hearts of her loved ones, hence why she chose that Monday, after their community’s biweekly church gathering was let out.

A former border patrol agent was convicted of capital murder on Wednesday in connection to the deaths of four women in South Texas in 2018.Juan David Ortiz, 39, received an automatic sentence of life in prison without parole,according to the Associated Press.Ortiz was arrested in Laredo in 2018 after confessing to the crimes, which happened between Sept. 3 and Sept. 15 of that year.The bodies of Melissa Ramirez, 29, Claudine Anne Luera, 42, Guiselda Alicia Cantu, 35, and Janelle Ortiz, 28, were found along roads outside the town.
