Over one year after filing in April 2023, the divorce was granted on Oct. 1 in Delaware’s Sussex County, PEOPLE confirms. An attorney for Allen did not immediately respond to PEOPLE’s request for comment. Allen, 39, and Alexis, 28,tied the knot privately in June 2020andagain publicly in May 2021. They share two daughters, Naomi Bettie, 4½, and Zara James, 3, as well asson Cohen Ace James, 13 months.
