Police have identified Tamanika Woods as the woman shot to death near a McDonalds in southwest Atlanta on Wednesday.
Law enforcement toldFox 5 Atlantathat the altercation occurred around 3 p.m. at 1166 Ralph David Abernathy Boulevard. The suspect, identified as 19-year-old T’Niya Evans on Thursday, and Woods, 30, were involved in an argument that ended with gunfire.
Atlanta Police Lt. Germain Dearlove confirmed to the outlet, “The motive appears to be an escalating dispute between customers.
