On Wednesday around 6:35 p.m., officers assigned to the Boston Police Harbor Unit responded to a call that a boat off the coast of Graves Light was taking on water and sinking, the Boston Police Department said in a statement posted onFacebook. They arrived to find Jennings “experiencing an apparent drug overdose,” reads the statement. Along with the overdosing man, police discovered “several documents” at “the scene indicating that Jennings possibly killed” his former girlfriend, Allison Maria Castro, “and he disposed of her body,” the statement alleges.
